Indian Idol season 16 Grand Finale: Top six finalists compete for the trophy, winner to be announced on July 26

Sony Entertainment Television’s popular singing reality show Indian Idol Season 16 is ready to bring its musical journey to a grand conclusion. After months of memorable performances, emotional moments and inspiring stories, the season’s much-awaited Grand Finale will air on Sunday, July 26, 2026.

Built around the theme Yaadon Ki Playlist, the finale will celebrate music, nostalgia and the remarkable journeys of the six contestants who have made it to the final stage. Anshika Chonkar, Jyotirmayee Nayak, Manraj Veer Singh, Myscmme Bosu, Suhail Sufi and Tanishk Shukla will compete for the coveted Indian Idol Season 16 trophy.

Throughout the season, the contestants entertained viewers by revisiting timeless melodies while adding their individual styles to each performance. Their growth as singers and performers was guided by judges Vishal Dadlani, Shreya Ghoshal and Badshah. Aditya Narayan hosted the season, bringing his energy and warmth to the stage.

The Grand Finale is also expected to feature several celebrated names from the music and entertainment industries. Shreya Ghoshal and Badshah will be joined by special guests Usha Uthup, Udit Narayan, Papon, Kumar Sanu, Shehnaaz Gill and Urmila Matondkar. Their presence will add to an evening packed with performances, celebrations and nostalgic musical moments.
