In an upcoming episode of the esteemed singing reality show, ‘Indian Idol 14,’ Bollywood stars Shahid Kapoor and  Kriti Sanon will grace the stage to promote their movie ‘ Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya.’ The special episode, titled ‘Dhamaakedar 8,’ promises an intense competition as contestants strive to secure a spot in the coveted TOP 8 and inch closer to winning the prestigious title of ‘Indian Idol.’ Among the standout contestants is  Adya Mishra from Faridabad, who has consistently captivated both judges and audiences with her unique voice.

In the upcoming episode, Adya will once again enchant everyone with her renditions of ‘ Ik Kuddi ‘ from the movie ‘Udta Punjab’ and ‘Raat Ke Dhai Baje’ from ‘Kaminey.’

Kriti Sanon, impressed by Adya’s mesmerizing performance, expressed her admiration, stating, “Adya, the texture of your voice is so lovely. You can sing softly, and at the same time, there is pain and pizzazz in it. When you were singing the first song, I mentioned to Vishal Sir that your voice is very similar to that of  Rekha Bharadwaj ma’am. I enjoyed your performance.”

Judge Vishal Dadlani was taken aback by Adya’s exceptional voice modulation and performance, remarking, “I think you’re ready to make sure you stay in the game. The Adya we previously met was someone who knew her voice, knew how to use it, and knew how to take command and provide a memorable performance that you can’t forget. I’m stunned today, as I didn’t expect that you would sing to this level suddenly. It was an outstanding, blockbuster performance.”

Shreya Ghoshal , another judge on the show, echoed the praise, “Adya, I agree with what Vishal said. This song – ‘Pehli Baar Mohabbat ki hai,’ suits you a lot and I enjoyed it a lot. I always try to give you a hint that you’re made for this genre of singing. I was wowed by what you did today. According to me, it was an amazing performance. God Bless You.”
